Chad Hurley, the co-founder of Youtube signed an NDA with Kanye West to attend his proposal in the stadium. Hurley secretly filmed the proposal on his cellphone and posted in on Mixbit which is another website he started. West and Kim Kardashian sues Chad Hurley and the court ordered the Youtube creator to pay $500,000 as settlement.
